GETTING TO THE VENUE We were advised by The Mountain Terrace to inform our guests that Uber and Lyft are unreliable means of transportation to and from the venue. Out of town guests: We recommend either renting a car (flight bundles sometimes include a rental for an up charge) or arranging a carpool with other guests.

FLIGHTS We recommend flying into San Jose Airport. If you are renting a car, flying into San Fransisco may be cheaper. The drive is about an hour to the San Jose Area. Winnipeg guests: There are no direct flights from Winnipeg to the Bay Area. Most flights are one stop in major cities such as Vancouver, Minneapolis or Denver. The average travel time from Winnipeg to San Jose has been roughly 8-9 hours, with an average cost of $700CAD round trip per passenger (without checked luggage).
